Role Overview

The Car Wash Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring it’s running smoothly, safely, and profitably. From engaging with customers to maintaining equipment and managing a team, this role is all about creating a seamless and satisfying experience—for both our customers and team members.

Your Key Objectives:

Operations Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations, high site standards, and efficient equipment performance.
Customer Delight: Deliver outstanding service and lead by example to inspire the team to do the same.
Team Leadership: Manage, support, and motivate team members, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
Safety First: Uphold workplace health and safety standards, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
Financial Stewardship: Oversee operational accounts, inventory, and cost efficiency.

Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all car wash equipment, vacuums, and facilities.
Conduct regular audits of sites for cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Deliver top-tier service and foster community engagement.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with care and professionalism.
Address escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Site Maintenance

Maintain a clean, well-presented facility, including equipment, bays, vacuums, and landscaping.
Conduct routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of vacuums, wash bay equipment, and inventory systems.
Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently, troubleshooting minor issues and engaging contractors for major repairs when needed.
Oversee inventory management, including chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.

Driving Performance

Identify opportunities for growth through innovation and strategic partnerships.
Drive repeat business and ensure optimal financial performance.

Team Management

Lead a small team effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
Foster a positive, productive work culture.
